Responsibilities
- Drive execution and governance of end‑to‑end marketing campaign workflows including intake, planning, execution and measurement
- Own the day‑to‑day use and continuous improvement of workflow management tools such as Asana, including design, best practices and user enablement
- Apply process improvement methodologies to streamline campaign execution, reduce friction and enhance marketer experience
- Support delivery of global marketing transformation initiatives and drive adoption of new platforms, workflows and operating models
- Apply structured change management approaches to assess readiness, gather feedback and embed sustainable ways of working
- Communicate workflow updates and improvements to stakeholders to ensure awareness and adoption across the organisation
