About us

Assuric is an AI-powered compliance platform (B2B SaaS) specialised for healthtech and healthcare, enabling both healthtech companies and healthcare organisations to meet essential requirements in a matter of days, not months. We're solving an impactful problem by accelerating the deployment and adoption of much needed healthtech innovations and AI, whilst ensuring safety, effectiveness and security.

About the role

We're looking for a curious, driven medical student to join us as a Product Intern, supporting the team across product, regulatory strategy and operations. This is a unique chance to see how a fast-growing healthtech startup actually works from the inside while bringing your clinical perspective to bear on real product decisions.

What's in it for you?

  • Direct exposure to the healthtech regulatory landscape - clinical safety, MHRA/UKCA requirements, information governance and more.
  • The chance to directly influence product decisions and contribute your own ideas.
  • Technical contributions to internal tools, workflows, and even the chance to contribute code directly to the Assuric product (subject to technical experience).
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI and automation tools (Claude, n8n and similar).
  • Close working relationship with the founding team (including our CEO and CTO).
  • A front-row seat to a company solving one of the most important problems in healthcare right now.

What you'll do

  • Work with the team on new feature ideas, help shape our roadmap, and bring a clinician's-eye view to how our platform should work for healthcare organisations and health tech companies.
  • Help our team stay on top of the fast-moving regulatory landscape.
  • Get hands-on with tools like Claude and n8n, helping us automate manual processes across the business.
  • Pitch in on operational projects as needed.

We'd love to hear from you if you…

  • Are currently a medical student (any year), with a genuine interest in health technology, AI and/or healthcare innovation.
  • Are comfortable using - or keen to learn - AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT or similar.
  • Are a clear communicator, comfortable interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Are proactive and organised, happy working in a small team.
  • Can commit to 3-4 days per week around your studies or full time over the summer.

Why join Assuric?

  • Mission-driven impact: help accelerate the adoption of great tech into healthcare, safely and securely.
  • Join early: be one of the first hires at a fast-scaling company.
  • Proven Product-Market-Fit: 100+ organisations are using Assuric.
  • Growth and learning: work alongside doctors, engineers and an amazing group of customers.
  • Team and culture: work with an amazing team who value learning, positive impact, collaboration, and positivity.

Flexible working in our Shoreditch office space (~3-4 days a week in office), complete with:

  • Barista in the office
  • Brand new office gym
  • Regular team lunches
  • Massive roof terrace for summer lunches and drinks
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Private health insurance

Competitive compensation: salary commensurate with experience. Equity: all of our early hires receive equity and have a stake in our mission and success.
