About the Role: We’re seeking a commercially minded Graphic Designer with a strong eye for branding and storytelling. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Research Grid presents itself to clients, partners, and the wider market, from social media campaigns to high-impact conference materials.
Responsibilities:
- Design marketing and brand assets across digital and print platforms
- Create engaging social media graphics, adverts, and campaign visuals
- Produce conference and event materials including banners, brochures, exhibition stands, signage, and presentations
- Design polished client-facing documents, pitch decks, reports, and proposals
- Support brand consistency across all communications and platforms
- Collaborate with commercial and leadership teams on campaign concepts and visual strategy
- Help communicate complex research, healthcare, and technology concepts through clean, impactful design
- Create visual content for websites, campaigns, and promotional activity
- Assist with video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia content where needed
- Manage and organise creative assets and brand documentation
- Stay up to date with design, marketing, and social media trends
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc (minimum 2:1) in Graphic Design, Marketing, Media, or a related field
- Demonstrable experience as a commercial graphic designer, with a strong marketing or brand focus
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media, marketing, branding, and commercial design work
- Experience designing for B2B audiences and/or professional services environment
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with high attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- High level of English proficiency, both spoken and written, and able to effectively communicate with an English-speaking team
Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
