About the role
We're looking for a proactive and driven Clinical Associate to support multiple aspects of the business, including ops, NHS business development, customer success and clinical safety delivery. As a key early hire, you'll have broad exposure across the business from client delivery, to business development and product development to customer success and strategy. Adaptability, autonomy and willingness to roll up your sleeves are essential.
What you'll do
- NHS sales & customer success – work closely with the CEO to scale Assuric across the NHS, building existing relationships and seeking new opportunities, serving as point person for current and future NHS customers.
- Customer success – collaborate with the ops team to optimise and automate various customer processes.
- Clinical Safety – support clinical safety for our customers, put together key safety deliverables using Assuric's AI‐driven workflows, e.g., rollout of AI receptionists across the NHS.
- Product development – use learnings from customers and safety projects to provide actionable feedback to the CTO and engineering team, test the product.
- Leadership – grow and develop into a lead role in NHS business development, customer success, or clinical safety.
Qualifications
- Completed digital Clinical Safety Officer training, with clinical safety/CSO experience.
- Excellent communicator, confident engaging with senior stakeholders across healthtech and NHS organisations.
- Highly organised, self‐motivated, with sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to customer outcomes.
- Confident using AI and automation tools to work faster and smarter.
- Bonus: previous experience as a Clinical Safety Officer for a healthtech company.
- Bonus: experience with CQC and/or Medical Device regulations.
- Bonus: hands‐on experience working in healthtech.
