We’re looking for a Specialist Nurse to join our Clinical Operations team within West Yorkshire. As a Specialist Nurse you’ll support patients in their homes, prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and deliver exceptional, patient‑first care within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Registered with the NMC (RGN Part 1 Register)
- Post‑registration experience in an acute care setting, including independent decision‑making and supervision of others
- Strong knowledge of therapies and drugs relevant to our service offerings, experience caring for patients with treated conditions
- Experience undertaking clinical assessments and administering subcutaneous injections
- Experience caring for IV devices and administering IV therapies
- Excellent communication skills – active listening, sensitive communication, and ability to simplify clinical information
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety and following protocols
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing service demands
- A full UK driving licence; regional travel required
