About us

Assuric is an AI‑powered compliance platform (B2B SaaS) specialised for healthtech and healthcare, enabling both healthtech companies and healthcare organisations to meet essential requirements in a matter of days, not months. We’re accelerating the deployment and adoption of healthtech innovations and AI, whilst ensuring safety, effectiveness and security. Since starting out just two years ago, we now work with 90+ companies and organisations, including Accurx, DrDoctor, Tandem, Heidi, VitVio, multiple NHS Hospital Trusts, Accenture and more, scaling to seven‑figure ARR.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technical Full Stack Software Engineer to join our amazing team and support building out end‑to‑end features for our customers. This will be fun, fast‑paced, and highly rewarding.

What You'll Do

  • Own and scale our core platform architecture
  • Build secure, high‑availability infrastructure whilst meeting our high bar for engineering standards
  • Work across the stack: backend, frontend, devops and ML integrations
  • Drive new product features end‑to‑end from idea to deploy
  • Collaborate closely with the founders on product strategy, technical direction, and customer feedback
  • Rare opportunity to contribute to culture and early technical processes

What We're Looking For

  • A strong fullstack engineer comfortable working at a fast‑paced startup
  • Proficiency in Typescript and NextJS
  • 2‑3 years minimum proven industry experience building production systems – ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Strong proficiency with AI coding tools and bias towards agentic workflows and devops
  • Experience with backend system design. Preference towards GCP and Firebase experience.
  • Bonus: experience with compliance‑heavy domains (e.g., healthtech, fintech, security)
  • Strong judgment, high agency, and comfort with ambiguity
  • Motivated by the chance to improve patient outcomes by transforming how critical healthtech products reach the market – and excited to build the infrastructure that enables safer, faster innovation in healthcare.

Why join Assuric?

  • Mission‑driven impact: help accelerate the adoption of great tech into healthcare, safely and securely.
  • Join early: be one of the first hires at a fast‑scaling company and play a crucial role in shaping the company’s direction and success.
  • Proven Product‑Market‑Fit: 90+ organisations, across healthtech and the NHS, are using Assuric to streamline compliance.
  • Growth and learning: work alongside doctors, engineers and an amazing group of customers, gaining unique exposure to the intersection of healthcare and technology.
  • Team and culture: work with an amazing team who value learning, positive impact, collaboration, and positivity.
  • Flexible with excellent office: flexible working in our Shoreditch office space (~3‑4 days a week in office), complete with:
    • Barista in the office
    • Brand new office gym
    • Regular team lunches
    • Massive roof terrace for summer lunches and drinks
    • Cycle to work scheme (including Lime/Forest bikes)
    • Private health insurance
  • Travel: opportunity to join the team at events and conferences in the UK and abroad, which has included Cape Town, Amsterdam and more.
  • Equity: all of our early hires receive equity and have a stake in our mission and success.
