We serve global enterprises such as Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo and Albertsons and are growing at a high rate. We are looking for product‑mindful full‑stack software engineers to help scale Omnea through its next phase of growth. You would be joining at an inflection point where you can own significant projects, influence product direction and shape the company’s future.
What Can You Expect in our Tech Team?
- Join a Skilled Team: Work alongside experienced full‑stack product engineers from top‑tier tech companies.
- Direct Product Impact: Participate in key product decisions, prioritise roadmaps, define scopes and influence technical direction.
- Work with Modern Tech: Build on TypeScript, React & Material‑UI, Postgres and AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, CDK & SST). Use Sentry, Lumigo, LogRocket for observability and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- End‑to‑End Ownership: Own projects from design to deployment, monitoring and user impact.
- Continuous Delivery: Deploy incremental changes to production multiple times per day.
- Tackle Scalability Challenges: Scale the product, architecture and processes as the customer base expands.
- Collaboration & Autonomy: Work autonomously while collaborating with a high‑trust team.
- Customers at the Centre: Respond to customer feedback and iterate products to delight users.
About You
- You have a few years’ experience. Demonstrated experience shipping production web applications from concept to live deployment, ideally in a full‑stack TypeScript and AWS environment.
