At Round, we're building the first truly autonomous digital worker for finance and operations. Not another CFO co-pilot, a real employee that thinks, acts, and executes across tools, protocols, and banking rails. We're combining the power of infrastructure with AI to push the frontiers of what's possible in finance. We're hiring a Founding GTM Operations Associate to build the systems that let our entire revenue function scale: sales, marketing, onboarding, expansion. The role in one line: you build the systems that let Round's revenue function scale without adding headcount.
Where you'll have impact:
- Customer onboarding: You build the system that takes customers from contract-signed to first deposit. You automate the chasing, you flag what's stuck, and you run the activation calls (the part we keep human).
- Sales operations: You own HubSpot end-to-end. You build the pipeline discipline, reporting, and enablement that let our AEs close faster, and the compliance workflows that unblock deals instead of slowing them.
- Marketing operations: You own the marketing automation stack and the content workflow, including the compliance and legal sign-off process that's critical in fintech. You run the performance analysis that tells us what's actually working. You surface the signals that tell sales when to reach out, account growth, feature adoption, volume patterns. You build the pipeline into HubSpot and the alerting logic on top.
- Reporting and insight: You build the weekly GTM dashboard the founding team actually reads. You spot bottlenecks before anyone has to ask, and you write the playbooks as you build them.
Who you are:
This role flexes up or down based on experience. We care more about instinct than years. You might be:
- A leading RevOps or GTM Ops specialist at a Series A/B fintech or SaaS, with a track record of building automation that materially moved a metric.
- A sales ops or marketing ops operator with deep CRM and automation chops, ready to broaden into the full GTM stack.
- A top consultant, banker, or operator with a startup ops rotation under your belt and a clear bias for systems.
- A startup generalist (chief of staff, founding ops, EA-turned-ops) who's been doing this in all but name.
What you definitely are:
- AI-native. You play around with N8N, Claude, Zapier, Clawbot. You reach for an agent before a manual workflow.
- A systems thinker. You see seams between tools and teams and you fix them.
- Organised to a fault. You don't drop balls.
- Fluent in HubSpot or a similar CRM. You build workflows, not just use them.
- Numerate. You pull a report, spot the pattern, explain it in plain English.
- A clear writer. Your chase emails don't sound like chase emails.
Bonus: financial services, fintech, or professional services background. Familiarity with KYC and AML.
Why this role:
- You own a function that directly moves revenue.
- You work directly with Pac (CEO) and the founding team.
- The broadest scope of any GTM hire we'll make this year.
- A clear path into RevOps or GTM Operations leadership.
How we work:
- Bias for action. Take responsibility end to end.
- Empathy drives everything we build. For customers, for each other.
- Seek feedback. Challenge ideas. Keep improving.
- Find the how. Stay resilient. Aim higher than seems reasonable.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity (EMI scheme).
- 24 days annual leave + bank holidays.
- Weekly team lunch.
- Annual team offsites.
- Brand new Apple Macbook + whatever else you need to work productively.
- A front-row seat on the 0 - 1 - 10+ journey.
