Skills And Competencies Required
- 8+ years hands‑on DevOps engineering experience on Salesforce platforms
- Strong hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Salesforce DevOps Center, and Gearset.
- 5+ years of experience managing multi‑environment Salesforce delivery (development, testing, UAT, production)
- Demonstrated technical expertise, leadership, and team management skills
- Ability to drive cross‑functional teams to meet goals and operate effectively in a large enterprise environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for Databricks workloads (notebooks, jobs, DLT pipelines) and automating deployments using Databricks Asset Bundles, Databricks CLI, and GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps
- Experience with QA automation frameworks and test automation strategy
- Experience with Cursor and ClaudeCode
- Background in regulated, risk‑aware, or highly governed environments
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Responsibilities
- Lead DevOps engineering for Salesforce and Databricks, driving secure, scalable, and reliable release delivery responsible for CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategy
- Own DevOps standards, tooling, and best practices
- Partner with Salesforce developers and Databricks engineers to enable efficient, high‑quality automated releases
- Partner with QA engineers to integrate test automation frameworks into CI/CD pipeline
- Drive automation across build, test, deployment, monitoring, and incident management
- Manage and deliver Salesforce and Databricks releases
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineers, including goal setting, performance management, and coaching
- Contribute to broader technology modernization and engineering excellence initiatives at Moody’s

This role sits within the Business Systems function as part of the Data Management and Analytics team to deliver trusted data, reporting, and insights that enable decision‑making across the business.
