Position Summary: Assisting the Site Manager in the immediate responsibility for the pig care, weekend and holiday chore rotation, load in/out, power washing, & maintenance at Passel Farms managed facilities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurate & timely feed ordering
- Following protocols & procedures set by the Site and Service Manager
- Ensuring proper environment for pig health & performance
- Administration of medications, vaccinations, and supplies
- Regular cleaning and organization of office area
- Assist with maintenance, site care, and manure control
- Maintain and update all records as required and meet all deadlines
- Immediate response to alarm conditions
- Power washing & disinfecting between groups including the loading chutes
- Timely completion of the minimum Grow/Finish expectations list
- Prioritization of workload
Requirements: Valid Driver License required with satisfactory MVR. Company vehicle assigned. Must abide by company vehicle use and driving policies.
