Passavant Memorial Homes is currently looking for a Maintenance Contractor to work primarily at our Rochester Campus. The applicant must be able to successfully complete maintenance, grounds keeping, and snow removal at our Rochester campus. The contractor must be knowledgeable in all aspects of groundskeeping and maintenance including electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, appliances, and general HVAC. This position will be an independent contractor (1099) and not an employee of Passavant Memorial Homes. The pay rate is $25.00 per hour.
Required Skills and Knowledge of the Maintenance Contractor:
- Experience in grounds maintenance, trimming, cutting, and operating equipment.
- Experience in snow plowing and snow removal.
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid liability insurance.
- PA contractor’s license number.
- Successfully pass background check.
- Valid e‑mail address and phone number to contact.
- Must be available on an on‑call basis during the winter for plowing.
