The Passage House Hotel is undergoing an exciting full refurbishment and transformation into an internationally recognised IHG-branded property. This is a fantastic opportunity to join us at a pivotal stage and be part of the relaunch of a modern, guest-focused hotel experience.

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Housekeeping Linen Porter to support our Housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. You will play an essential role in ensuring linen supplies are well managed and that all housekeeping areas operate smoothly to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clean linen, towels, and guest supplies to housekeeping storage areas and guest rooms as required
  • Collect used linen, towels, and waste from guest rooms and housekeeping areas
  • Organise and maintain linen stores, ensuring stock is tidy, accessible, and fully replenished
  • Assist the Housekeeping team with moving beds, furniture, and equipment when required
  • Support room attendants with replenishing amenities and housekeeping supplies
  • Ensure corridors, service areas, and storage rooms are kept clean and presentable
  • Assist with receiving and storing laundry and housekeeping deliveries
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
  • Work closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared efficiently for guest arrivals

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel operations, or a similar support role is beneficial but not essential
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move linen bags, trolleys, and supplies
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to support the wider hotel team
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and busy periods
