Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead and deliver the full marketing and promotional strategy for the hotel, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, direct bookings, and revenue growth across all departments of the business. This is a hands-on role requiring a creative and commercially focused individual with strong digital marketing expertise, hospitality sales awareness, and the ability to create compelling campaigns that increase occupancy, bookings, event enquiries, food and beverage revenue, spa utilisation, and wedding/conference sales.
A key element of the role will be supporting the hotel’s future rebrand and transition into the Garner by IHG brand, helping to establish and strengthen the identity and market presence of Garner South Devon Gateway. The successful candidate will work closely with both hotel leadership and brand standards to ensure all marketing activity aligns with the wider IHG brand framework while retaining strong local market appeal and customer engagement.
