What You'll Be Doing
You'll be engaging with warm leads – prospective learners who have enquired about services through one of our client's 25+ education websites. Your goal is to guide them through the process, match them with the right course and exam, and ensure they have all the information needed to move forward confidently. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Speaking with 50+ learners (mix of inbound and outbound)
- Using phone, live chat, and email to support and convert leads
- Managing follow‑ups and call backs with excellent organisation
- Working towards individual and team targets with attractive bonuses
- Demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge to inform and advise customers
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Organised and self‑motivated, with a proactive approach to sales
- Ethical, friendly, and customer‑focused
- Experience in a sales or customer service environment is desirable but not essential if you're a fast learner and confident on the phone
