Industry: Property / Serviced Accommodation

Earning Potential: Uncapped commission per successful lead

About Us

We are a growing, service-focused short-term rental management company, helping landlords, developers, and property investors achieve higher returns through fully managed serviced accommodation solutions. With a focus on delivering quality guest experiences and seamless landlord services, we manage a portfolio of high-performing properties and are expanding rapidly across Leeds and Wakefield.

As part of our growth, we’re now looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Contractor to support our property acquisition efforts — sourcing and referring new leads that we convert into managed properties.

The Role

This role is structured as a self-employed contractor position, paid on a commission-only basis. You will earn a competitive commission for every successful lead that results in a signed property management agreement.

Your primary responsibility is to identify and qualify landlords, agents, or developers who would benefit from our short-term rental management service. You’ll pass these leads to our team, who will manage the conversion and onboarding process.

This role is ideal for someone with existing experience in the property sector, such as in lettings, sales, or sourcing, who is looking to earn extra income on a flexible basis — with the potential to transition into a part-time or full-time role in future, based on performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads for short-term rental management (e.g. landlords, property investors, developers, and estate/letting agents).
  • Build rapport with prospects and communicate our value proposition clearly.
  • Submit qualified leads to our internal team and collaborate during the follow-up process.
  • Keep a simple record of contacts and submitted leads.
  • Stay aligned with our ideal property criteria and target areas (support and training provided).

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in property sales, lettings, sourcing, or related fields.
  • A strong understanding of how to identify good rental opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence and motivation to work independently and generate leads.
  • A professional approach and the ability to represent our brand with integrity.

Why Join Us?

  • Uncapped earning potential:Your income is entirely performance-based — the more quality leads you generate that convert, the more you earn. There’s no ceiling to your commission.
  • True flexibility:Work on your own terms. This role is designed to fit around your current employment, business, or personal commitments. You choose when and how to work.
  • Simple and transparent process:We provide clear guidance on the types of properties we’re looking for and support you throughout. You refer the lead — we handle the pitch and onboarding.
  • Minimal admin or technical requirements:You don’t need to manage contracts, guest bookings, or operations — just focus on generating quality introductions.
  • Performance-driven growth opportunities:As our business expands, top-performing contractors may be offered the opportunity to step into part-time or full-time roles with more responsibility, structure, and benefits.
  • Be part of something growing:Join a company at an exciting stage of expansion, where your input directly contributes to our success — and where your efforts are recognised and rewarded.

Is This for You?

This role is ideal for you if:

  • You already work in property (e.g. lettings negotiator, sales agent, sourcing specialist) and want to add an extra income stream.
  • You’re entrepreneurial and thrive in performance-based roles.
  • You have a network of landlords, agents, or investors who may benefit from our services.
  • You enjoy speaking to people and building relationships.
  • You’re looking to join a growing business and possibly expand into a long-term position as the company grows.

This role may not be right for you if:

  • You’re looking for a salaried position or guaranteed income from day one.
  • You require close supervision or prefer structured 9–5 roles.
  • You’re not comfortable working independently or on a self-employed basis.

Interested? Let’s Talk.

If you’re excited about this opportunity and want to be part of a growing property business where your efforts are rewarded directly, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now or send a short message introducing yourself, your background, and why you think you’d be a great fit for this role.
