Pass the Keys is the UK's leading short-let and Airbnb management franchise, helping hundreds of property owners unlock more bookings, higher income, and hands-free hosting. With 50+ franchise partners nationwide, we combine powerful technology, exceptional service, and local expertise to deliver the best in short-let management. We are looking for a highly driven Content Executive to help plan, create, publish and optimise high-quality content across our website, email, video and social channels. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves storytelling, understands performance, and is excited by how AI and new tools are reshaping content marketing. You will work closely with internal subject-matter experts and own the execution of our content engine end-to-end.
Requirements
- Content Creation & Publishing
- Publish 3+ high-quality pieces of content per week across blog, web and owned channels
- Interview internal subject-matter experts and translate insights into compelling, audience-led content
- Produce premium content assets including whitepapers, guides, ebooks and long-form resources
- Write, edit and optimise content to a consistently high editorial standard
- Video Content
- Produce two videos per week, including short-form and long-form formats
- Write video scripts and storyboards aligned to brand tone and channel goals
- Ensure all video content is optimised for YouTube and social platforms
- Track and report on video performance, engagement and reach
- SEO, Analytics & Performance
- Oversee SEO execution in line with best practices (on-page, content optimisation, internal linking)
- Take ownership of content analytics and reporting, tracking performance and insights across channels
- Use data to continuously improve content quality, reach and engagement
- Email Marketing
- Manage company email marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling and optimisation
- Support campaign planning and performance tracking
- Social Media & Community
- Manage social media community engagement and long-term content planning
- Support content distribution and amplification across social channels
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Website & Tools
- Handle general website content updates and maintenance
- Leverage AI tools to support content ideation, production, optimisation and efficiency
- Contribute to improving workflows, processes and content systems
Essential
- Impeccable writing and editorial skills
- Strong understanding of common editorial and style guides
- Ability to tell compelling stories using words, images and audio
- Excellent people skills and confidence interviewing internal stakeholders
- Strong project management skills to manage editorial schedules and deadlines
