Implementation and Training Consultant
Reports to: Implementation and Training Manager
Position type: Permanent
Location: Hybrid, UK Remote-first, with occasional requirement to attend Head Office based in Farnborough, Hampshire and customer sites nationally
Working hours: Full time

As an Implementation and Training consultant, you will be the go-to guru guiding our fabulous clients on their journey to digital greatness! As part of our everyLIFE Project Management and Training Team, from the moment the ink dries on the deal, you will be the expert navigator making sure our customers are trained, supported, and loving every click of our software. You will turn the newest of customers into pros, all while making the care sector slicker, compliant, and more connected.
Responsibilities
- The first friendly face post-sale, welcoming customers with warmth and energy
- Help craft and curate project documents, slick training content and handy how-tos
- Take charge of your own VIP customer list, coaching them from curious to confident
- Deliver remote and in-person training and consultancy with confidence
- Tackle any implementation obstacles with thoroughness, style and speed
- Build and manage project plans with deadlines that drive results
- Keep the customer happiness meter high
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience of SaaS customer onboarding
- Strong organisational skills, you live for lists, timelines and tidy Trello boards!
- Solid project administration experience with the ability to utilise team resource effectively
- A natural at customer engagement, whether it’s a phone call, an email, a video call or a site visit, you make connections that count
- You take the lead and get stuff done
- You work well with others and know how to build trust
- Bonus if you have care sector knowledge or experience
