Job Description: Creative Multi-channel Designer at everyLIFE Technologies
Position Type: Permanent
Location: This role can be UK remote, or hybrid with our head office based in Farnborough Hampshire.
Working Hours: Full time
Salary: Β£30-Β£40k DOE
We are seeking a hands-on designer who will take ownership of the PASS brand. This exciting role offers genuine creative autonomy: you will define and refine our visual identity across digital, video and print, rather than executing pre-set templates.
The workload is varied and fast-moving, ranging from social media assets and sales collateral to eLearning content and event graphics. Training is available to support the adoption of new techniques and formats.
You will:
- Elevate our brand : act as the single creative lead, ensuring consistency and elevating perceived quality
- Campaign performance: design digital assets, infographics and videos that increase click-through rates and lead generation.
- Sales enablement : produce high-impact decks, proposals and collateral that accelerate the sales cycle.
- Enhance onboarding success : enabling the creation of engaging and comprehensive eLearning content
- Maximise event ROI : developing professional stand graphics and print materials to attract more footfall and enquiries
- Refine customer communications : deliver clear, brand-aligned content across all channels.
You have:
- An extensive design portfolio across digital, video and print
- Campaign visuals experience (web, social, email)
- Shortform motion/animation/video editing experience
- Event & exhibition artwork experience
- Printed collateral (brochures, factsheets) experience
- Brand guidelines upkeep and evolution experience
- An understanding and experience of B2B marketing
- A passion for innovative design
- The confidence to challenge and present new ideas
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
You may have:
- Formal marketing (or comparative creative) qualifications
- Experience of videography and photography
- Experience of delivering eLearning assets and programmes
- An understanding of the UK care industry
