Business Development Representatives
Reports to: Head of Sales
Position type: Permanent
Location: Hybrid, UK Remote-first, with occasional requirement to attend Head Office based in Farnborough, Hampshire
Working hours: Full time

Blasting off from the successful launch of PASSgenius, our new suite of AI, data and automation tools, we are rapidly expanding our team.
We are looking for ambitious, proactive sales stars to power our inbound and outbound engines and take ownership of the full sales cycle. If you thrive showcasing exciting products and services, live for the thrill of a âyesâ, and love solving big problems for real people, letâs talk!
What Youâll Own
Lead generation and sales execution
- Jump on inbound leads fast; qualify, nurture and close with confidence
- Drive deals from first contact to final signature using modern, consultative sales tactics
- Use every tool in the toolbox and lean on internal experts to win bigger and faster
Outbound Outreach
- Be tenacious, and turn emerging prospects into hot opportunities
- Partner with marketing to launch and land targeted, high conversion campaigns.
- Research and build strong relationships with key decision makers
- Take the lead on sales campaigns in your segment, and own the results
Events and industry engagement
- Be the face of PASS at industry events; energise the stand and spark quality conversations
- Follow up fast and strategically to convert event leads into real revenue
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with Account Management, Product and Revenue teams to fuel business growth.
- Feed valuable sales insights into product development and strategic planning
Performance & growth
- Track and share performance metrics with the Head of Sales; own your numbers
- Dive into data to spot trends, fine-tune your approach, and recommend whatâs next
- Keep your CRM tight and your pipeline tighter; always be closing and improving
Team player & career builder
- Jump into team projects, and share whatâs working with your team
- Craft 90-day growth plans to fuel your personal development and crush your career goals
Qualifications and experience
You have:
- At least 2 years of success in business development
- A solid grasp of consultative selling approaches, with the ability to tailor conversations and solutions to the needs of each prospect.
- A proactive attitude toward opportunity follow-up, with a sharp focus on moving leads forward
- Proven skills in objection handling, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Fluency in CRM tools and Microsoft apps, and are comfortable with data
Bonus if you have:
- Good understanding of the UK care sector and its challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of care delivery and the UK health and care landscape.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive sales.
- A background in value-based selling and strategic negotiation.
