Here at Pasquill (part of Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland), we're looking for a Sales Coordinator. You'll play a pivotal role in driving profitable sales growth by managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to quotation, order placement and ongoing support. Acting as the main point of contact for customers, you'll ensure every interaction adds value, building trust and creating a seamless experience at every stage. Working closely with our Business Development Manager and Design Team, you'll help convert opportunities into sales, strengthen customer relationships and identify ways to generate repeat business. This is a highly visible role where your proactive approach, commercial awareness and commitment to service excellence will directly contribute to our continued success. You'll be based out of our office in Chorley, full time.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing sales, customer service, or sales support role, with a track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Strong communication, questioning and listening skills, enabling you to understand customer needs and build trusted, long-lasting relationships.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of sales performance, margin growth, conversion rates and achieving KPI-driven targets.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities, customer enquiries and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset, comfortable working independently and collaboratively using CRM and Microsoft Office systems.
What you will be doing:
- Be the main point of contact for customers, delivering a first-class experience through proactive communication and support throughout their journey with Pasquill.
- Manage and coordinate customer enquiries, ensuring opportunities are assessed, allocated and progressed efficiently from initial contact through to completion.
- Work closely with Business Development Managers and Design teams to understand customer requirements, support sales opportunities and maximise conversion rates.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, keeping them informed on enquiries, quotations and orders while identifying opportunities for additional business.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to resolve customer queries, represent the voice of the customer and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing outcomes, sharing insights and supporting initiatives that drive sales growth and service excellence.
