We are looking for a Production Line Manager who leads from the front with integrity and purpose. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will nurture high-performing production teams, drive quality standards, and ensure a safe, compliant, and cost‑effective manufacturing operation that consistently delivers for our consumers and clients.
As Production Line Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day production performance while shaping a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will balance leadership with operational excellence, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency are never compromised.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30 (with flexibility based on operational needs and participation in a 24/0 on-call management rota)
