Drive business growth across APAC by managing relationships with existing and new customers, distributors, and partners in the specialty chemicals sector.
Coordinate and resolve sales and technical enquiries in close collaboration with Sales, Technical, and Application teams.
Oversee order processing, shipment coordination, and invoicing through effective liaison with customers and the Sales Administration team.
Monitor customer orders and requests accurate and on-time fulfilment.
Support the preparation and consolidation of sales reports, forecasts, and distributor performance updates.
Conduct overseas customer and distributor visits aligned with business plans and market development objectives.
Maintain accurate documentation of sales enquiries, quotations, and customer records, while managing stocks of brochures and product samples.
Conduct market research and surveys on cosmetic and specialty chemical products, covering concepts, trends, applications, and market size, and share actionable insights with Sales and Technical teams.
Actively support and participate in exhibitions, supplier days, and customer engagement events.
Share updates on new data, formulations, and market developments with distributors across APAC markets.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Chemical Process Technology, Industrial Chemistry, or other chemistry-related disciplines is preferred.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience in Development of formulations for personal care products / Sales of personal care ingredients.
- Basic knowledge and hands-on exposure to cosmetic ingredients is required.
