We are seeking a motivated Energy Consultant to join our team on a hybrid basis. You will carry out energy audits and surveys, identify efficiency opportunities, and develop practical, cost-effective solutions. You'll advise clients on energy performance, compliance, and reporting, while supporting ISO certification processes.
Key responsibilities:- Deliver energy audits and identify savings opportunities
- Produce clear, actionable reports and present findings
- Support energy strategy, compliance, and regulatory reporting
- Assist with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 implementation
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Support proposals and business development
- Collaborate internally and contribute to continuous improvement
Essential:
- Relevant degree (engineering, energy, environmental science, or similar)
- Experience in energy management, audits, or efficiency projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good client-facing and communication skills
- Understanding of energy markets, tariffs, and procurement
- Experience with compliance/reporting (e.g. ESOS, ISO)
Desirable:
- Relevant Master's degree (engineering, energy, environmental science, or similar)
- Working towards or holding professional accreditations (e.g. CEng, CIBSE, ESOS, ISO 50001)
- Experience supporting proposals or tenders
Salary & Benefits
