Property Investment & Acquisitions Analyst
Parvati Property Limited is seeking a commercially minded Property Investment & Acquisitions Analyst to support the growth of its commercial property portfolio across Scotland.
The successful candidate will identify and assess investment opportunities, conduct financial appraisals and coordinate property acquisitions from initial research through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Research commercial property markets, rental values, yields and investment opportunities across Scotland.
- Identify and evaluate potential property acquisitions.
- Prepare financial models, investment appraisals, cash flow forecasts and yield analysis.
- Produce investment reports and recommendations for the Managing Director.
- Coordinate property due diligence with solicitors, surveyors and other professional advisers.
- Support purchase price negotiations, lease agreements and Heads of Terms.
- Liaise with mortgage advisers regarding acquisition finance and refinancing.
- Monitor rental income, property costs, valuations and portfolio performance.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years' relevant experience in property investment, valuation, real estate finance or investment analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Understanding of commercial property markets, valuations, yields and lease structures.
- Strong analytical, organisational and report-writing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- DesirableMaster's degree or progress towards RICS, CFA or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience in commercial property acquisitions and investment analysis.
