PartsPak is a specialist supplier of high-quality spare parts and support services, supplying the FMCG sector. We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Sales Manager to grow our presence within the FMCG sector. This role will focus on B2B sales direct to end users, specifically targeting maintenance and engineering departments. This is a hybrid remote role, combining home-based working with occasional travel to customer sites to build relationships and understand operational needs first-hand.

The successful candidate will bring recent, hands-on experience selling technical or consumable products into FMCG manufacturing environments and will be comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth within FMCG accounts
  • Identify, target, and win new business opportunities within maintenance and engineering teams
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including: Engineering Managers, Maintenance Managers, Procurement teams
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts, increasing share of wallet
  • Conduct site visits to understand operational needs and position PartsPak solutions effectively
  • Deliver consultative sales by aligning product offerings with customer efficiency, cost, and uptime goals
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and customer service
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer challenges within FMCG manufacturing
Key Requirements
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within: FMCG manufacturing, Engineering or industrial supply, Maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO)
  • Recent experience selling direct to end users in maintenance or engineering departments
  • Strong understanding of FMCG operational environments and production pressures
  • Demonstrated ability to win new business and grow existing accounts
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working autonomously
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
  • Full UK driving licence
