The Opportunity

To support our continued growth, we are seeking four Regional Sales Managers to expand our market presence and build long-term partnerships in the automotive aftermarket sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales within your designated region
  • Identify and secure new business with motor factors, wholesalers, buying groups, and distributors
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Present our product portfolio and commercial offers effectively
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Prepare sales forecasts and activity reports
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including purchasing and customer service

  • Proven experience in automotive aftermarket sales
  • Strong network within motor factors, distributors, or trade customers
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
