Partridges main hub is based in Sydney, and there is currently a skills shortage of structural engineers in Australia.

As a result, we are actively looking for talented engineers from overseas who may be interested in relocating to Australia and joining our team.

Sponsorship is available, initially for a 2-year period.

The role would suit someone who enjoys leading technically challenging projects, and being a leader of a team.

As an
Team Leader , youll play a key leadership role within Partridge, working closely with our Directors and Senior Associates to grow our teams, strengthen client relationships and continue developing the technical philosophy that sets us apart.

Youll bring: A Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) or equivalent qualification.

Chartered membership Professional Engineer registration. 7+ years engineering/design experience .
