We're looking for an experienced Structural Engineer who wants to lead, influence and make a real impact on projects, clients and people. Partridge has a strong focus on architecturally driven projects with a focus on high-end residential design, Heritage and event design. The role would suit someone who enjoys leading technically challenging projects and being a leader of a team.

As an Associate/Team Leader, you'll play a key leadership role within Partridge, working closely with our Directors and Senior Associates to grow our teams, strengthen client relationships and continue developing the technical philosophy that sets us apart. This is an opportunity to combine technical expertise, leadership and business development while helping shape the next stage of Partridge's growth.

You’ll bring:

  • A Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) or equivalent qualification.
  • Chartered membership.
  • Professional Engineer registration.
  • 7+ years engineering/design experience.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Strong technical capability within your area of specialisation, with an appreciation of multidisciplinary engineering.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
  • The confidence to have difficult conversations, navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions.
