About the Role
Partou Hucclecote Day Nursery & Pre-schoolis seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the full-time 40 hours per week role ofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Strong EYFS knowledge
- Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
- Passion for early years education
- Confidence in supporting children's learning and development
- Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
