As Brand & Communications Manager, you’ll lead on how we communicate across owned and earned channels. You’ll manage our social media, PR and media relations, blogs, and branded content—ensuring we stay on brand and connect meaningfully with families, employees, and business partners. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, your work will support long-term growth, brand strength, and lead generation.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver engaging brand campaigns and a clear content plan.
  • Own and manage brand messaging across channels including PR, blogs, social media, email, and paid media.
  • Keep brand guidelines up to date—and make sure everyone’s sticking to them.
  • Lead media relations and create content across social, blogs, and web platforms.
  • Manage our social media presence, monitor performance, and adjust tactics where needed.
  • Support SEO performance through strong, on-brand content.
  • Plan and lead crisis communications, ensuring teams are prepared and confident.
  • Build strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and brand partners.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and agencies to keep brand activity aligned and effective.
  • Track and report on brand perception, awareness, and key metrics across all audiences.

Success in this role means growing awareness of the Partou brand and building a reputation we’re proud of. You’ll see positive shifts in media coverage, strong and growing social engagement, and alignment across all channels. You’ll have robust brand tracking in place and a clear content strategy that supports both immediate needs and long-term goals. When issues arise, you’ll guide crisis communication calmly and clearly.
