Responsibilities

  • Support the Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting.
  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver high-quality care and education, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive environment for children and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
