About The Role

As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Nursery Senior Deputy Manager and wider leadership team to ensure the nursery operates smoothly day-to-day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting staff across all rooms
• Championing high standards of care, education and safeguarding
• Overseeing curriculum planning and high-quality practice
• Coaching and developing practitionersBuilding strong relationships with children, families and colleagues

About You

• A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS
• Experience in a supervisory or management role within early years
• A passion for high-quality childcare and team leadership
• A commitment to safeguarding and ongoing professional development
