Make sure you’re well-versed in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Familiarise yourself with its principles and how they guide child development. This will show your potential employer that you’re not just qualified, but also passionate about providing quality care and education.

Showcase Your Compassionate Side

Talk about times when you’ve gone above and beyond to ensure a safe and nurturing environment. This will highlight your suitability for the role and your commitment to the children's well-being.

Engage with the Team Spirit

Demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families. Prepare to discuss how you’ve built strong partnerships in past positions. This is crucial in a nursery setting, so showing that you value teamwork will resonate well with the interviewers.
