Join Partou, where children are the leaders! We are currently recruiting for a Senior Deputy Manager at Partou Hilltops Nursery, full-time with a salary of £31,150. Partou is proud to be a part of the National Partnership in Early Learning and Childcare (NPELC) – a group of 10 of the largest childcare providers across England.

What to Expect as Senior Deputy Manager:

  • Support the implementation of the EYFS, including overseeing planning and record keeping
  • Promote and facilitate partnership with parents, carers and families
  • Support the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with relevant local authority departments, regulatory bodies and other agencies
  • Stay up to date with current developments in early years policies and practices
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of events and regular meetings for planning, staff and parents
