An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Partou as one of our new Early Years Regional Quality Advisors! We’re seeking an experienced Early Years Regional Quality Advisor to play a pivotal role in driving quality, curriculum excellence and compliance across a portfolio of nurseries within the Bristol and Midlands region. This is a hands‑on, influential role, reporting to our Head of Early Years and working closely with our Regional Business Managers, Area Managers and Nursery Managers to secure strong Ofsted outcomes, embed best practice and ensure every setting delivers exceptional quality early years education and care for our children and families.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Championing outstanding quality, curriculum and EYFS compliance across your region.
  • Delivering quality improvement processes and action planning to support nurseries in giving children the best start in life and in readiness for OFSTED inspection.
  • Working in partnership with our Operations leadership team to drive sustainable improvement.
  • Supporting Nursery Managers to develop bespoke, high‑quality curriculums aligned to company philosophy and best practice.
  • Identifying settings with potential for achieving exceptional and transformational impact for children and creating targeted strategies to achieve it.
  • Providing on‑site and remote inspection support, including during any regulatory visits without notice.
  • Analysing data, RAG ratings and audit outcomes to enable early intervention.
  • Sharing best practice, delivering quality training and cascading policy updates effectively.
  • Acting as a trusted and expert advisor across safeguarding, SEND and inclusive practice.

What Success Looks Like

  • Nurseries achieving a minimum of ‘expected standard’, with a growing number securing 'strong standard' and 'exceptional'.
  • Confident, well‑informed Area and Nursery Managers who feel supported in delivering exceptional standards of care, education and development for children.
  • Clear, consistent quality processes embedded across the region.
  • Early risks identified and addressed before they escalate.
  • Strong SEND provision and effective use of additional funding across settings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 childcare qualification or above.
  • Strong, current knowledge of EYFS, child development and Ofsted inspection frameworks.
  • Previous experience in early years management.
  • Proven experience supporting multiple settings in a field‑based or advisory role.
  • A track record of helping nurseries achieve Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
  • Confidence influencing and coaching senior leaders in operational environments.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally with occasional overnight stays.
  • Robust understanding of SEND, safeguarding and inclusion.
