About the Role
Stepping Stones Day Nursery & Pre-school seeks a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to fill the full‑time, 40‑hour per week position of Nursery Senior Deputy Manager. You will support the Nursery Manager in the smooth running of the setting, ensure children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS, lead and inspire the team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Strong EYFS knowledge
- Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
- Passion for early years education
- Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development
- Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development

All applicants will undergo Enhanced DBS checks and thorough vetting. This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975.
