Partou Beech Green Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of a designated nursery room, ensuring engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development in line with the EYFS.
- Manage and mentor your team to deliver high-quality care and education, promote safeguarding and inclusive practice, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for children and families.
- Build strong partnerships with colleagues and families to support children's progress and wellbeing.

- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
