Partomer is a fast-growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner based in the North West. We’re built differently from traditional ERP consultancies. Our mission is to change how ERP is delivered, moving away from large-scale, impersonal delivery models towards a more boutique, hands-on approach that prioritises quality, accountability, and real client outcomes.
This is a full-time role within one of our small, agile delivery pods. As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, you’ll play a leading role in delivering high-quality solutions, working closely with both clients and your technical counterpart. You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, including:
- Configuration and delivery
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Training and user adoption
You’ll be part of a lean pod structure, with clear ownership of delivery, quality, and client outcomes.
Location & Travel
Partomer operates a primarily remote model, with flexibility to work from home. You’ll be expected to visit our Bolton office periodically for collaboration and key sessions. The role also involves regular travel to client sites, primarily across the North West and Yorkshire. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is required.
We are looking for a skilled, multi-disciplinary developer who can work within a range of technologies centring around Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex integration challenges, and can work across the full technology stack.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Proficiency in AL and C/AL development
- .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+)
- Full-stack development experience including JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and web APIs
- Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Experience with system integration and middleware concepts
- Understanding of SQL databases and data structures
- Experience working with source control (Git) and modern development workflows
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines
- Modern web frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, or Vue)
- Knowledge of Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.)
- Experience with third-party Business Central apps and extensions
- Exposure to other programming languages or platforms outside the Microsoft stack
Competitive salary (dependent on experience) and flexible, remote-first working. If you’re an experienced Business Central consultant looking for a more hands-on, outcome-focused role, we’d love to hear from you.
