We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to support with a HR change project for a leading company. The project will involve both system & process change and it is essential that you have previous experience managing HR projects. This will be an initial 12 month fixed term contract, and is a hybrid role where you will be needed onsite 1-2 days a week.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and oversee multiple workstreams within the programme, providing structured delivery and regular reporting
  • Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, resource gaps and financials
  • Facilitate collaboration across HR and operational teams
  • Ensure readiness for go-live including testing, training and change support

  • Proven HR change project management experience & ideally experience supporting HR system projects
  • Knowledge of the HR discipline including ER, HR policies, procedures & contractual changes
  • Ability to lead and influence multi-disciplinary project teams
