Job Description Operations Manager – Permanent – Onsite – £60,000 to £80,000 plus benefits We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join a rapidly growing company in Rotherham. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations, along with overseeing and optimizing the operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity across the business. What you’ll be doing: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Oversee the manufacturing/warehouse operations, field engineers, purchasing and administration.
