We have an exciting opportunity for a Network Support Engineer to join a leading company. This will be a varied role where you will support the day-to-day network operations as well as some infrastructure operations.
Please note, this is an onsite role.
What you will be doing:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi network infrastructure
- Configure and maintain routers & switches
- Provide first and second-line support for network-related incidents and service requests.
- Work with the wider IT team to ensure smooth operation of voice, data, and video services over the network.
- Support VPNs and remote access solutions for field and corporate users.
