Project Manager – Operational Change – Hybrid – £60,000 plus benefits We are recruiting a Project Manager to deliver operational change projects across a complex, multi-site organisation. You will manage change projects across a variety of locations and workforce groups, ensuring they are delivered to clear and fixed timelines. This is a 12-month contract offering hybrid working, with 1–2 days per week onsite. What you will be doing: Deliver workforce and operational change projects across multiple sites Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets and dependencies Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure delivery against key milestones Work closely with operational teams, site leaders and senior stakeholders Provide clear project updates and documentation Support the successful implementation and adoption of change What they are looking for: Project management experience within a complex, multi-site organisation Experience in retail, logistics, warehousing, healthcare or a similar operational environment A proven track record of delivering projects to fixed timelines Strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills
