We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to support with a HR change project for a leading company. The project will involve both system and process change and it is essential that you have previous experience managing HR projects. This will be an initial 12 month fixed term contract, and is a hybrid role where you will be needed onsite 1-2 days a week.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and oversee multiple workstreams within the programme, providing structured delivery and regular reporting
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, resource gaps and financials
- Facilitate collaboration across HR and operational teams
- Ensure readiness for go-live including testing, training and change support
