We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a leading organisation. As a HR Advisor, you’ll provide support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance and best practice in all HR matters. You’ll work closely with line managers within teams such as Finance, IT & Marketing, offering guidance on everything from ER to L&D, through to performance management.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide HR advice on absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance and case management, whilst ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
  • Support general HR administration including issuing letters and change documents.
  • Advise on employment matters including redundancy, TUPE and organisational change.
  • Contribute to policy updates, employment documents and HR projects.
  • Coach managers in applying HR policies fairly and consistently.

  • Previous HR advisory experience ideally gained within a corporate environment.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
  • ER experience would be advantageous.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent level of experience.
