Head of Employee Experience – Permanent – £80,000 to £85,000 plus benefits

We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation where you will lead engagement, wellbeing & culture across a multi-site environment.

This is a hybrid role with travel needed to the office once a week on average.

What you will be doing:

  • Define the strategy as well as manage the implementation of new initiatives to improve employee engagement across the company
  • Ensure alignment of engagement & wellbeing initiatives to wider group strategy
  • Analyse data to spot key trends & themes and drive meaningful actions based on the insight
  • Work with senior leaders to drive engagement and wellbeing across the company
  • Inspire, motivate & lead a small team
  • Have ownership for employee recognition initiatives
  • Work alongside other key members of the HR leadership team to ensure a joined up and collaborative approach

  • An employee engagement & insight SME with experience in managing engagement surveys end to end
  • Well versed in things such as pulse surveys, listening activities & employee forums
  • Previous experience in managing wellbeing initiatives would be highly advantageous
  • Good analytical skills and well versed in working with senior leaders to help translate data into key initiatives
  • Ability to operate & influence at a senior level
  • Excellent communication skills and ideally has experience in working with multi site based teams
