£700 a day outside IR35
We are recruiting for a Data Migration Lead to support with a property management system project.
This will be an initial 6 month contract but likely to extend and is outside of IR35. The company are based in London and this would be hybrid role.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the data migration workstream across a complex enterprise transformation programme.
- Define and own the Data Migration Strategy, covering extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, testing and cutover activities.
- Act as the subject matter expert for all data migration activities, providing guidance to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams to ensure the target data model supports business and migration requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed migration plans, working alongside Project Managers and delivery teams.
- Identify migration risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead the testing and quality assurance approach across all phases of the migration lifecycle.
What they are looking for:
- Data migration experience on property management systems such as Yardi Voyager, MRI Horizon, MRI PMX or Oracle Opera
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, data architecture, system integrations and data flows.
- Excellent SQL and relational database knowledge, with experience of data modelling.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
