We are partnering with a growing organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner who will work closely with a number of C-suite stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys influencing senior leaders to drive people and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders across the business.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver key HR initiatives, including organisational design, workforce planning, restructures, talent management, and recruitment strategies.
  • Support the wider HR Team in delivering the organisation’s HR agenda and strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert coaching, guidance, and support to managers on employee relations matters and people management best practice.

About You

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex corporate environment.
  • Previous experience supporting functions such as Finance, IT, Legal & Marketing.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders, including C-suite executives.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
