We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a growing financial services company. Within the role you will provide 1st & 2nd level support, troubleshooting & logging application issues, as well as supporting colleagues across the organisation. This is a hybrid role where travel to their office will be needed 2 days a week on average.
What you will be doing:
- Provide 1st & 2nd level technical application support to end users
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders as well as with the external MSP
- Monitor service levels and ensure SLAβs are met
- Support with MI reporting & service catalogue management

- Proven application support experience on CRM systems, as well as other SaaS based applications
- Financial Services/Asset Finance industry experience would be highly advantageous
- Experience of O365 and a general understanding of Azure
