Job Description Senior FP&A Analyst – London/Hybrid – £80,000–£85,000 plus benefits – 15-month FTC We are partnering with a growing financial services company to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst. Supporting the Head of Finance during an important period of growth, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, while helping to enhance reporting for senior management, shareholders, funders and potential investors. This is an initial 15-month fixed-term contract and a hybrid role requiring two days per week onsite in London. Support the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning. Produce detailed variance analysis, scenario modelling and commercially focused insights. Partner with stakeholders across Technology and Marketing, providing financial analysis and guidance. Help budget holders manage costs, evaluate investment decisions and improve commercial outcomes. Develop KPIs, dashboards and analysis that clearly communicate business performance and emerging trends. Build financial models to support strategic planning and business decision-making. ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Strong FP&A, commercial finance or business-partnering experience. Proven budgeting, forecasting and financial-modelling skills. Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities. Experience producing clear management reporting and performance analysis.
