We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a growing financial services company. You will be responsible for providing support on their internal applications such as their CRM plus others. This is a hybrid role based from their office near London Bridge where you will be needed onsite 2 days a week on average.
What you will be doing:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical application support to end users
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders as well as with the external MSP
- Monitor service levels and ensure SLA’s are met
- Support with MI reporting and service catalogue management
What they are looking for:
- Proven application support experience with SaaS based applications
- A general understanding of Azure and ideally some SQL knowledge
- Financial Services industry experience would be advantageous
- Excellent team working and stakeholder management skills
